The short version. MeowViewers sends viewer sessions to your Twitch stream for the time you pay for. These sessions are generated by our network: they are not people watching, chatting or following you. Twitch's Terms of Service do not allow third-party viewer services, so using MeowViewers can lead Twitch to remove views or restrict, suspend or ban your channel. You use it at your own risk.
1. Who we are and accepting these terms
These terms are an agreement between you and MeowViewers ("we", "us"). By creating an account, requesting a free trial or placing an order, you agree to these terms, our Privacy Policy and our Refund Policy. If you don't agree, don't use the service.
2. Who can use MeowViewers
- You must be at least 18 years old.
- You may only order for a Twitch channel that you own or that you are authorized to manage. Do not order for someone else's channel without their permission.
- You must give us accurate information, including a working email address.
3. What the service is
Each package delivers the number of concurrent viewer sessions you choose (5 to 1,000) to one Twitch channel:
- Hour packages count only time while your channel is live, for the number of hours you bought. They pause when you go offline.
- Day, week and month packages run for 24 hours, 7 days or 30 days from the moment delivery starts. Viewer sessions show up whenever you are live during that period. The period doesn't pause or move while you are offline.
Viewer sessions ramp up gradually and the count shown by Twitch can move up and down. Twitch decides what it displays and counts, and it may filter, delay or remove sessions at any time. We do not promise any exact number on Twitch's counter, and we do not promise followers, chat activity, subscriptions, income, Partner or Affiliate status, rankings or any other result.
4. Twitch's rules and your risk
MeowViewers is an independent service. It is not affiliated with, endorsed or sponsored by Twitch Interactive, Inc. or Amazon.
Twitch's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines forbid artificially inflating viewer counts. By using MeowViewers you understand that Twitch may remove views, reset statistics, withhold or reverse revenue, or restrict, suspend or permanently ban your channel or account. You accept this risk. We are not responsible for any action Twitch or any other platform takes against you, and such actions are not a reason for a refund.
We never ask for your Twitch password, and we only need your channel name.
5. Orders and payment
- Prices are in US dollars and are shown before you pay. The total is always calculated by our server.
- Payment is in cryptocurrency only, through our payment processor NOWPayments. Network fees and exchange rates are set by the network and the processor, not by us.
- An order is accepted only after the payment is confirmed on the blockchain for the full amount. If you pay less than the order total, the order stays incomplete until the rest is paid. Our Refund Policy explains what happens to partial payments and overpayments.
- Every package is a one-time payment. Nothing renews automatically.
- All sales are final. We don't give refunds. See our Refund Policy.
- We start delivery as soon as we can after the payment is confirmed. The start time can vary, and you can follow it in your dashboard.
6. Free trial
The free trial is limited to one per Twitch channel, and to one per person. We may decline or cancel a trial request at our discretion, for example when we see several requests from the same person.
7. Your account
Keep your password private. You are responsible for what happens in your account. Tell us right away if you think someone else has access to it.
8. What you must not do
- Use MeowViewers for channels that break the law or promote hate, violence, sexual content involving minors, scams or other illegal activity.
- Use MeowViewers to harass, impersonate or harm another streamer, including ordering for their channel without permission.
- Try to get around prices, limits or the one-trial rule, or attack, overload, scrape or reverse-engineer the service.
- Resell the service without our written permission.
If you break these rules, we can stop delivery and close your account, without a refund.
9. Changes and availability
We may change, pause or stop the service, our prices or these terms. Price changes never affect orders you have already paid for. If we change these terms, we will update the date at the top of this page. If you keep using MeowViewers after a change, you accept the new terms. The service can have interruptions. When an interruption affects a paid package, our Refund Policy applies.
10. Disclaimer and limit of liability
MeowViewers is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, as far as the law allows. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost income, lost sponsorships, or channel restrictions, suspensions or bans. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order that the claim is about.
11. Ending the service
You can stop using MeowViewers at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms or that we reasonably suspect of fraud or abuse.
